Change default location for Orion web apps to "~/Applications/Orion Apps"

What does your feature entail? What is it for? How will it affect existing workflows or user experience?
This follows the convention of all the other browsers:

Brave: ~/Applications/Brave Browser Apps
Chrome: ~/Applications/Chrome Apps
Edge: ~/Applications/Edge Apps
Origion: ~/Applications/Orion/WebApps

What are the exact ways that you see a user using your proposed feature? Please go into as much detail as possible, and provide examples of how other browsers/apps implement this feature, if applicable. If your feature suggestion adds on to an existing feature, how would it work into it to extend its usefulness?

There is just one browser in your list, Chromium, and all others are clones, just automatically inheriting this setting. Can you check where Safari stores its web apps?

Safari takes /Users/[USER]/Applications

It does not create a folder for web apps. This is different from both the listed Chromium browsers and Orion.

However, what could potentially be simplified, if possible, is to create one "Orion Apps" folder (like @balupton's provided Chromium examples) instead of two folders called "Orion" and then "WebApps".

(Unless it's possible and/or ideal to just place Orion web apps directly beside Safari's without a folder)

I disagree.

Because Orion has both profile "apps" and these webapps, it would take unnecessary space having both a folder "Orion WebApps" and "Orion Profiles"
imo, just having a single folder "Orion" makes more sense.
