Steps to reproduce:
On some websites, such as reddit.com or abola.pt, when you open links in the background (cmd + click), it will make the native content blocker icon turn grey on those new tabs. It will stay grey on those tabs even if you click on other links or go to another website.
If you click on links without opening new tabs, the icon will stay purple.
Expected behavior:
If the content blocker is blocking something on that page, the icon should be always be coloured. If it's not blocking anything, it should be grey.
