What happened? How did it happen? What are the steps to replicate the issue.
I just noticed that the overflow menu doesn't accept extensions nor programmable buttons.

MacBook Pro (macOS Sonoma 14.0 build 23A344)

What did you expect to happen? Describe the desired functionality.
That the overflow menu accepts these items.

What version of Orion are you running?
Version 0.99.125.6-rc (WebKit 618.1.1)

    It seems nothing can be dragged into the overflow menu. As a temporary workaround, you can still add items into the menu by right clicking them when they are on the toolbar (see video).
