What does your feature entail? What is it for? How will it affect existing workflows or user experience?
Similar to completed feature "Reopened tabs should retain their back history" except I would like to see history for every tab retained through closing and restarting Orion itself. Since the program already restores tabs and groups, retaining the history as well would truly allow picking right back up with a browsing session right where you were when the program was closed.
What are the exact ways that you see a user using your proposed feature? Please go into as much detail as possible, and provide examples of how other browsers/apps implement this feature, if applicable. If your feature suggestion adds on to an existing feature, how would it work into it to extend its usefulness?
This is normal behavior in Chrome; users can expect to pick back up with a browsing session, moving back through tab history individually to previous pages even through program restarts. It basically reflects current Orion behavior in restoring tabs that had been closed during a browsing session, so it's a little jarring that it doesn't work the same through closing/reopening the application.
