What happened? How did it happen? What are the steps to replicate the issue.
When clicking on the "Appearance" tab in settings, there is a very noticeable hang before it appears that isn't present with other tabs. I presume this happens due to the default wallpaper rendering for the "Show tabs" setting.

What did you expect to happen? Describe the desired functionality.
I expect clicking "Appearance" to not hang. Here is a video demonstrating:

What version of Orion are you running?
Version 0.99.125-beta (WebKit 616.1.22)

    I said I presumed it was slow due to the wallpaper image, but I just found via testing in a profile that it actually occurs when the app icon is set to something other than the first default.
