What happened? How did it happen? What are the steps to replicate the issue.
Last page I tried to load was Reuters.com but it got stuck, so I swiped the browser away.

Now I cannot get the app to run at all. I start it and it sits with a black screen for 20-30 seconds then it force closes.

Tried restarting the phone, and also airplane mode. Nothing seems to help aside from uninstalling (which I’ve yet to try).

What did you expect to happen? Describe the desired functionality.
I’d expect it to run!

    MissNomer Try turning off iCloud sync temporarily. Load the app with sync off and WiFi on. You can turn sync back on later.

        Not sure you understood: the app was totally unresponsive. There were no buttons or anything else available to press - it was just a blank screen for 30 seconds then it exited, rinse and repeat.

        I eventually ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the app as nothing else was working.
