Tab previews do not appear on windows on secondary monitors

What happened? How did it happen? What are the steps to replicate the issue.
When windows are opened or moved to a secondary monitor screen, the tab preview does not appear when the mouse is hovered over an inactive tab.

Open a window on primary monitor
Open multiple tabs in that window. Tab previews appear when hovering the mouse over any tab other than the currently selected tab.
Drag the window to a secondary monitor. Tab previews no longer appear when the mouse is hovered over any tab.

What did you expect to happen? Describe the desired functionality.
Expected behavior is for tab previews to appear on hover regardless of where the window is located on any display.

What version of Orion are you running?
Version 0.99.125-beta (WebKit 616.1.22)

Just an update with some more information on this...

I'm only experiencing the issue when I'm on my Mac Mini using dual monitors. I've had a chance to play with Orion on my laptop recently, using the built-in screen and an additional external monitor used as a separate display. In that case, the previews appear on both the built-in laptop screen, and in windows on the external monitor as I would expect.

I haven't had a chance to try multiple external monitors with the laptop yet but I'll report back if I have a chance to try that and let you know what I find.
