What does your feature entail? What is it for? How will it affect existing workflows or user experience?
I used Named Windows/tab groups quite a lot to organize my work and personal browser use, and also multiple monitors and spaces. One minor annoyance I have run across with Orion is that if I close the browser, then reopen it later, all the windows I had open, regardless of where I had dragged them, reopen in a clump on the same monitor (the primary monitor). I then have to drag them all around to the different spaces on different monitors where I want them.

Instead, it would be great if Orion would not only remember the windows I have open, but where they were on different spaces/monitors.

What are the exact ways that you see a user using your proposed feature? Please go into as much detail as possible, and provide examples of how other browsers/apps implement this feature, if applicable. If your feature suggestion adds on to an existing feature, how would it work into it to extend its usefulness?
Both Chrome and Safari seem to do this out of the box, currently. As far as I can tell, they simply reopen all previously open browser windows in the exact locations they were at when the browser was closed. This seems like the natural and expected behavior to me.

Thanks!

Antinetizen1 In the meantime you can use Profile -> Take snapshot before you close it and restore snapshot as this will remember positions too.

Vlad Thanks, I hadn't realized that feature was there. I just tried it and got a CTD, and then some other weirdness--the restored tabs were not from the version saved in the snapshot, but an older arrangement. I'll play around with it some more and if I can get something replicable I'll open a separate bug report on it.
