Add an option to disable history completely

Firefox has an option to disable the browser history completely. I think this would be cool to have in Orion as well.

This feature has been implemented on desktop (“disable history”), but is missing on mobile. This request is different than private mode.

A toggle could be added underneath the privacy header in settings called “disable history” to be consistent with Orion on Mac
