What happened? How did it happen? What are the steps to replicate the issue.
When I set the location bar to be at the top, and also set the scroll page to hide the toolbar, then when I go to a web page like this one with a bottom bar, the bottom bar stays motionless across the screen when I scroll the page. It doesn't scroll to the bottom of the page when the toolbar is hidden. You can see in this video that Safari automatically scrolls the bottom bar to the bottom of the page when you scroll the page to hide the toolbar. This isn't the only site that does this, it happens on pages like youbube and Twitter that have a bottom bar.
What did you expect to happen? Describe the desired functionality.
When scrolling a page, the bottom bar will automatically scroll to the bottom of the page as the toolbar is hidden.
