Old Reddit Redirect not working on mobile

What happened? How did it happen? What are the steps to replicate the issue.
Hi, I use old reddit redirect extension on iOS and Desktop. only the Desktop version works. On iOS, the extension does not work and freezes the reddit website upon loading until i manually put in the old. part in the domain.

What did you expect to happen? Describe the desired functionality.
Clicking on a reddit link should bring me to old.reddit.com but on mobile, it brings me to the new site and freezes until I add the old. part to the link manually

I don't think any redirector extensions work on mobile at the moment. I've been trying to use Redirector and Libredirect. Userscripts don't work, either.
