Cookie consent pop up on new tab everytime (youtube)

What happened? How did it happen? What are the steps to replicate the issue.
When i open a video in a new tab, youtube always ask me the cookie consent. If i open it directly everything is working as usual.

I’m using orion in private mode and youtube with no additional extension.

What did you expect to happen? Describe the desired functionality.
That there is no cookie consent everytime, when i open a video in a new tab.

I’ve seen that the layout of orionfeedback changed a bit. And now i can’t find the button to upload a video😅

What version of Orion are you running?

This seems to be a feature of private browsing rather than a bug. The same also occurs on iOS Safari and is not limited to youtube either.

The redesigned report form has some quirks to be ironed out on mobile interface, the toolbar below the text box actually has a well-hidden horizontal scroll bar which will reveal the attach button.
