Additional horizontal lines appear in the 'Bookmarks' menu item every time it is opened when the menu bar is in focus.

Steps to reproduce:
Click on any menu bar item
Hover over the bookmarks menu bar item
Hover over any other menu bar item
Hover over bookmark menu bar item again
An additional horizontal line is visible in the bookmarks menu bar item.
Keep repeating however many times.

Expected behavior:
No additional horizontal lines should appear
