Steps to reproduce:
Select Any site to convert to webapp > Menu appears > select desired icon > run webapp instance > dock shows full icon image
Expected behavior:
Expected Webapp icon to be cropped when being displayed as an app in the dock

My apologies. I interpretted the screen that allows you to make additional customizations before creating the web app as being able to crop whatever facicon icon it pulled from the site as it appears in the web app setup wizard. This of course, is not the case as the dock icon shows the uncropped favicon. My goal with this post is to make it so that the dock icon resembles what the setup wizard shows before web app creation.
I hope this clarifies my initial post a bit. Thanks for all you guys do!
