PDF files cannot be downloaded or printed on 0.99.125.4-rc when using PDF.js

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use Version 0.99.125.4-rc (WebKit 617.1.6)
2. Have PDF.js enabled (this is the default setting)
3. Open any pdf file, e.g. https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf
4. Attempt to Save(Download) it
5. Nothing happens
6. Attempt to print it
7. The Preparing document for printing... popup appears briefly, after which nothing happens

Expected behavior:
It should be possible to download and print pdf files when using PDF.js
