Steps to reproduce:
Scroll to any point on a webpage, close the browser and remove from recent apps, reopen browser and go to any tab. All tabs are now at the top of the page; Compatibility mode had no change; Did not try clean profile, have had this issue since first installing Orion on my phone; Safari behaves as expected (place on page is saved when leaving the app or switching tabs)
Occasionally leaving and closing the app also causes the page to revert back to the top of the last page in the tab history. For example, I read a lot on my browser and it will take me back to the top of chapter one even if I clicked next chapter before closing. Less frequently just switching tabs will revert back to the top of the page without closing Orion at all.
Expected behavior:
Webpage remains in the same place on the same page from before restarting app.
