Orion's built-in popup blocker doesn't block popups

Steps to reproduce:
Go to: https://webbrowsertools.com/popup-blocker/
Then, try clicking on any of the buttons and receive a popup.

Expected behavior:
I would normally expect these popups to get blocked.

Orion's popup blocker is lacking the blocking feature.
