SponsorBlock extension not working anymore

Steps to reproduce:
Install the SponsorBlock extension - this extension is used to skip crowdsourced segments on YouTube videos (e.g. sponsor segments)

Go to YouTube.com

Expected behavior:
If the extension would work correctly, the first two icons on the left would show up on the controls bar at the bottom of the video

Segments flagged to be skipped also get a different colour on the video's progress bar

Right now on Orion the extension doesn't work, but it did (partially) just before the .109 update.
