Orion closes entirely when creating a new tab with CMD + T and then closing it with CMD + W

Steps to reproduce:

Expected behavior:

I expected just that new tab to be closed, not all of Orion, because there is more than one tab open

Orion, OS version; hardware type:

Orion 1.3.3 (4)
iPadOS 17.0

Bug occurs on iPad with attached keyboard.

I would expect cmd-w to close the tab, not quit the app
