Extensions should work in devices/browsers language, if they support it

Steps to reproduce:
<I found that when I entered a multi-language website or installed a multi-language extension, my orion's default language was Simplified Chinese, but the extension recognized it as English by default. As shown in the picture, and the language cannot be changed>

Expected behavior:
<The extension recognizes that the default language of the Orion browser is Simplified Chinese and can be set to Chinese>

You can see that my language is Chinese, but most of the installed extensions can support
Chinese but are recognized as English.

Vlad I did not change any language settings because the language of my phone is Simplified Chinese and Orion is also in Chinese, but the extension is in English. Normally the extension should be Chinese, but it is recognized as English. If you want to reproduce this bug, you can try setting up your iPhone - Settings - General - Language and Region, change the preferred language of the software, set it to any language except English, and then install an extension that supports multiple languages. See if it's English or the language you just set. It is an error if the extension appears in English.
