One handed use is already a pain on the notched Max devices. Introduce reachability for menus Eg extensions the “+” is way at the top on the left hand side 
A way of implementation would be to be able to drag the menu down to half the screen since the bottom half of the menu doesn’t have any much anyway
What other menus should we rework as a part of this?
Is reachability not a part of iOS anymore? Last I checked it still works, just swipe down on the navigation bar at the bottom of the phone, or if you have a phone with a home button double TAP the home button... a double click will open the application launcher only a double tap will work 
(Many people apparently do not know it is a thing I guess?)
We can start Extensions menu in half-screen mode, so that the user can expand it up if needed.
