The hamburger menu on the forum is located on the left. It should be moved to the right, and also open to the right. Most of the population is right handed.
On desktop, the notification and profile menus are on the left so changing the location would better align the functionality between platforms.
In addition, the notification bell should be its own button on the left. So on mobile it would be sidebar on the right, and the bell would be removed from the panel to become a separate button on the left.
