Steps to reproduce:

usually if I am playing youtube videos or even Netflix. And I disconnect the device and start playing on the speaker it works. But however, if Orion is running while the video is paused and I re-connect my headphones. I need to quite the Orion browser and then reopen for the audio to work in the windows.>
Expected behavior:
<Well normally I believe disconnecting and re-connecting the headphones should not cause an issue with playback when the video is paused.
