Any time I try to download a file it either fails instantly or stays on zero KB/s and does not download.

Steps to reproduce:
Try downloading a file.

Expected behavior:
I expect the file to download but it will instead immediately fail or stays on zero KB/s and won’t download.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
I am using Orion v1.3.2. I am using an iPhone 7 running iOS 15.

        Here is a test I did with a test file online. You can see that the download has immediately failed.
