Downloading files problem

Steps to reproduce:

Expected behavior:

When logging in in my companies software (Servicenow), when downloading a file (word/excel etc) all I get is an
CSM.html file with no content. Safari downloads fine.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
iPad Pro and IPhone

Image/Video:
<Copy/paste or drag and drop to upload images or videos (up to 20MB)>

Jameskirk68 We would need a way to reproduce the problem in order to fix it.

Safari works, the file as attached is the downloaded file, should be a word document.

Even the preview of pdf files and word show the real document. When I use the copy link option and paste it in safari I also get the right file.

How do you want me to proceed, the system used is a companies software with sensitive data, I cannot show you.
