In other browsers it does not close the tab if you release the middle click button after pressing on a tab outside of the tab button itself.

    1. Allow middle clicking bookmarks sidebar entries to open a new tab with the entry.
    2. Allow middle clicking bookmarks entries in the bookmarks window(command+Y).
    3. Allow middle clicking history entries to open them.

                          I have an issue with middle click too. If you shrink the window to a size so that the bookmarks bar has the >> arrow for more bookmarks and you go to any bookmark within the >> list, middle clicking opens it in the current tab instead of a new tab.

                            regarding 2 and 3, i don't think they're necessary, as double clicking does the same thing as what middle click should do
