Closing a blank new tab disables the share and back buttons on the newly focused tab

Steps to reproduce:

Have one or more open websites that are not blank tabs
Create a new tab
Close the tab
Notice that the share and back buttons are disabled until you navigate to a different tab

Mark as done, this issue was fixed in 1.3.2 as a result of this issue getting fixed.
