Brief Summary
Keyboard shortcuts are important for power user experience. When closing a tab, pressing CMD + SHIFT + T should re-open it. This would be much faster than going back to history, looking at the most recent entry and clicking it.

Details:
I see users using this feature as an “oops!” button. Sometimes I close a tab too quickly with CMD + W and realize that I wanted to find more information on that tab. On desktop Orion and Safari on iPad, I would use CMD + SHIFT + T to restore it instantly.
