When closing a tab, Orion used to switch to the nearest neighboring tab. In 1.3.0, it now jumps to the rightmost tab which disorients the user and requires them to swipe multiple times to restore their position.
Expected behavior:
If there are tabs to the right, move to the next tab on the right when the current tab is closed.
If there are no tabs to the right, move to the next tab on the left.
