Steps to reproduce:
A. Download Table Capture for Chrome Extensions store: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/table-capture/iebpjdmgckacbodjpijphcplhebcmeop
B. Install and attempt to use Table Capture.
Expected behavior:
After installation, Table Capture icon should appear in toolbar, allowing user to select html tables on the page. Right clicking text in a table and selecting option in Table Capture context sub-menu should result in extension opening and overlaying on page.
Observed behavior:
After installation the Table Capture icon does not appear in the toolbar. It cannot be added from the "Customize Toolbar" modal. Reloading the extension does not resolve the issue.
I also attempted to use the Table Capture Firefox extension, it fails in the same way.
