Steps to reproduce:
Open a a bunch of tabs, close app, open app. see that favicons are missing in the tabs list
Expected behavior:
For tabs to have favicons, like before latest release

Orion doesn't remember favicons in tab drawer after last update
At least your pages are being rememberd. After the update to 1.3.0, my open tabs are getting replaced with tabs of the Start Page, and I'm loosing the things I had open. More info here.
