Dark Reader still cannot discern different webpages

Steps to reproduce:

Install the Dark Reader extension https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/darkreader/
Open websites
Try to whitelist that website
Observe Dark Reader not seeing that you’re on a different webpage, or saying that the webpage you’re currently browsing is protected

Expected behavior:
I expected Dark Reader to know the page I’m on and allow me to whitelist it through its menu.

Steps to reproduce
Install an extension such as AdGuard or Dark Reader
These extensions cannot recognize the website that you are currently on. If you set your homepage to a custom website, they always detect the custom website. If you are using the default new tab, the extensions always show that

Expected behavior:
Extensions can detect currently active webpage. If a webpage is opened for, favorites, it is detected by webpages properly.

This bug seems to have always existed, and only restarting the browser will return it to normal. I know how to reproduce this bug. For example, if you open multiple tabs continuously and close a few tabs at random, when you click on the extension, you will find that the extension recognizes the wrong web page. This wrong web page can be the tab you just opened. Any of them, or any of the tabs you just closed. If this bug occurs, you can only restart the browser and refresh the page.
