PDF doesn’t load until page is refreshed

Steps to reproduce:

Open any website that directs you to a PDF link
Doesn't load unless refreshed
(This also applies to the mobile app)

Expected behavior:
Load without having to refresh the website

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.125-beta (WebKit 616.1.22)

I have this issue on desktop. Have to refresh every time before the PDF will show. Works fine on mobile though.

Here's a quick screen capture of it. Happens on any website with any PDF as far as I can tell. What I have noticed is that once the PDF viewer in a particular tab has been refreshed, any subsequent PDF opened in that tab will work fine. It seems to just be a bug with the first PDF viewed in each tab.

But like I said, it happens with any pdf on any site as far as I can tell. Compatibility mode and other website settings make no difference.

Xyth I am not able to reproduce (clean Orion install).

Vlad I can reproduce it every time as demonstrated, even on a clean install. Only other factor I can think of that might be relevant is that I'm on the Sonoma public beta.
