Brief Summary
<Created Web Apps on Desktop, both on RC Version as on Community Version, doesn't support Short Cut for Empy Cash nor a Menu Entry for that often required task. If any web app got updated, the Web App Installer created under Orion, the only way to get reflection is to delete the Web App and reacreate that Web App. Not Convinient for Standard Users, with an MDM, managable over some scripts, but the Web App shall sport an "Empy Cache" Menü Entry or at least supports short-cut common under Webkit/Chrome>

Web App can not reflect changes happens on Source of a new compiled or changed web app, since its chache like every browser the assets. Empty Chache Action is missing on created Web Apps
