Orion currently closes extension popups when the main window loses focus. This makes it impossible to debug extension popups as the popup closes as soon as the inspector opens.

Also Safari doesn't have this issue so this is definitely kind of bug.
there seems to be another issue related to the focus of extension popups: after clicking on an extension icon in the toolbar, the main window retains focus instead of the popup.
This can be reproduced by clicking on the extension icon of any extension with a popup (this one for example) and then starting to type (for example while responding to an issue on orionfeedback.org). You'll be typing in the main window instead of the extension popup.
