Steps to reproduce:
1) Access any new website that has yet to have a credential entry in my connected keepassxc database
2) Once done submitting credentials to site, prompted by the extension's UI if I would like to save these creds as an entry in my database
3) Any attempts to use the UI to save my cred entry appears to silently fail.
Expected behavior:
Expected UI to work as intended (save my new cred entry to my database).
