Basically the title. I live in EEST timezone and every digest comes to my email at 3am which is not convenient at all.
Details:
My suggestion is to add timezones support or basically the ability to select your preferred time.
With timezones support you could do something like "Select your timezone" in website settings and then set digest sending at 6PM for everyone (example).
