Steps to reproduce: Quit the browser, then reopen and go to twitch.tv. Twitch will be logged out every time and will not remember this browser, as shown in the attatched picture; Compatibility mode does not fix the issue; Did not use a clean profile; Issue is unique to Orion
Expected behavior: Twitch should remember if the browser has been used to login to the same account before, like Youtube, Google etc. Even if it doesn't, it should not show that it is a new device/location
