Favicon of the active tab looks bleached/faded out in the tab bar.

Steps to reproduce:

Open any two websites and take note of their favicon.
Move from the current active tab to the other tab and notice the change in favicon colour (1st tab's favicon now looks normal and the now active 2nd tab's favicon looks bleached)

Expected behavior:
Favicon looks normal in the active tab

Another related issue I found is that hovering or un-hovering the mouse pointer over the active tab momentarily changes the favicon to normal. I'm not sure if it warrants a separate bug tracker(If so, let me know and I will make another bug issue on the site).

Favicons look clean and crisp on active and inactive tabs.
Unless, of course, this is and has always been a Catalina exclusive issue.
