Steps to reproduce:
Insert the following debug code in option page.
alert(globalThis.chrome);
await chrome.storage.local.get(null);
Open the option page by calling chrome.runtime.openOptionsPage() from background page.
Then appears 2 dialogs.
Expected behavior:
chrome variable can be accessed from option page.
