Steps to reproduce:
Open Orion. Open any site, for example, this one. Hold "Control" and hit <F2>. Nothing happens.
Interestingly...
- Safari works fine
- Orion works fine with no web page. In other words, open a new tab configured to start on Favorites, and <Ctrl> <F2> works.
- This problem persists even with a very simple web page, in Private Mode, in Compatibility Mode with all extensions off.
Expected behavior:
Ctrl-F2 is the Apple-defined behavior for getting to the menu.
