Web App does not have the ability to download files

Steps to reproduce:
Using Web App > attempt to download file within web app > nothing appears to happen

Expected behavior:
Web App provides dialog for download options

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
MacOS Sonoma Beta 3 / Orion Version 0.99.124.4.1-beta (WebKit 616.1.14.11.1)

Vlad Hello,
the url is https://academy.hackthebox.com. This occurs when I am attempting to download a file via clicking a link on the website via its Web App variant. Clicking seems to not do anything, as opposed to viewing the site on the browser, I am able to perform this action.

To me, it appears that the web app does not allow for downloading content while using it. Is there a way to fix / implement this feature for web apps?

hungryDev89 I'd like to also state that I've tested this with other Web Apps I am using such as ChatGPT (chat.openai.com) where I attempt to download my exported data but no prompt is recieved to do so. I can provide video context if needed.
