Orion's popup does not auto-highlight cancel. It also uses the outdated dialog box, although it is not necessary to change unless if it is better.
This is safari's dialog box without any further action other than pressing the "mark as read" icon on the website. Notice that the "cancel" button is automatically highlighted without any action, and pressing tab highlights the "read" button.
