Steps to reproduce:

  1. Pin at least one tab
  2. Close all non-pinned tabs but one
  3. Activate non-pinned tab
  4. Press ⌘W

Expected behavior:
The window should close, but it does not. The File menu bar item flashes indicating the command is being registered, but nothing happens.
