Steps to reproduce:
1: Open a website such as this

Expected behavior:
PDF should be shown on the whole page

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Orion 0.99.124.4.6-rc, 0.99.124.4.1-beta
MacBook Pro (M1 Pro)
macOS 14.0 Beta (23A5286i)
