Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://webglsamples.org/blob/blob.html on Orion and notice the FPS maxing out at 60 fps.
- Go to the same page on Firefox/Chrome and notice the FPS maxing out at 120 fps.
Expected behaviour:
The expected behaviour is for the FPS to max out at 120 as seen in Chrome/Firefox. This is probably an issue with WebKit as Safari also produces the same behaviour of FPS maxing out at 60 fps.
