Steps to reproduce:
Log into a website, see the "Would you like to save this password?" pop-up, say yes. Log out, go into the website again, when Orion suggests to fill in the username and password you just saved, accept it and log in. After logging in with the saved password, Orion shows the "Would you like to save this password?" pop-up again, even though it is already saved and I just used Orion to fill it in. This happens every time I use the Orion password manager.

Expected behavior:
When logging in with a username/password that had already been saved, I shouldn't be prompted about whether I want to save it again.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.124.4.4-rc (WebKit 616.1.14.11.1)
MacBook Pro 13-inch, M1, 2020
macOS Ventura 13.0.1

Image/Video:
I didn't record a video because I didn't want to show any login credentials.

meroron Can you reproduce this bug when signing in on this website? Or is this tied to a particular website (in which case pleae share)

Vlad Hmm, the place where it always happens is the online dev/testing environment for a website being developed at my work, so I can't quite share that here. I tried at another website just now and it didn't happen, so it could be a problem with my work website specifically (I'm not a dev so I have no idea what it could be), though with the Firefox password manager I don't have the same issue with that same website.

I also wanted to try with this website, but it's not prompting me to ask if I would like to save this password, I might have clicked "don't ask me again" before? And I can't find where in Orion I could change that setting. I clicked the cog for the website settings next to the address bar and didn't find it, and the Orion password manager window I found only shows my saved passwords, not my ignored websites. Not sure if it's somewhere else and I'm missing it.

(I mostly use Bitwarden for passwords, but both in Orion and back when I was in Firefox, I used the browser password manager for those work dev environments because I always need to be logging in and out and in and out of them multiple times when testing stuff, and it's faster that way)

It happens to me on every site. I use a password manager and almost never want the browser to store passswords, so I click “Never for This Website”, but it comes up every time.

This also happens to me on every website no matter how many times I click "Never ...", even if I return to the exact same url to login again within minutes of logging out.
