Brief Summary
Currently there are a ton of options when right clicking on a tab. I think that since the tree operations are the same as the single tab operations, instead of always showing both, possibly only just show the tree options when pressing alt (similar to how menu items change when pressing alt)

If this is implemented it could be nice to also switch "Close Tabs Below" to "Close Tabs Above" to allow additional flexibility.

Vlad my original thought was that people who use trees are more "power-users" and would know about alt changing menus

eirk I do not beleive Orion changes menus anywhere with Alt? Does Safari do this?

Vlad Safari has several option-enabled functions including...

          In context menus:

          • For the closest comparison to Orion's tab trees, a folder in the Bookmarks sidebar has "Open in New Tabs" → "Replace Tabs"
          • For in-page links there is "Open Link in New Window" → "Open Link in New Private Window" and "Open Image in New Window" → "Open Image in New Private Window"

          In the menu bar:

          • "New Tab" → "New Tab at End"
          • "Close Tab" → "Close Other Tabs"
          • "Reload Page" → "Reload Page from Origin"
          • "Clear History" → "Clear History and Keep Website Data"

(In addition to the default macOS text entry & window management option-toggled menu bar items, which also apply to Orion)

adamaveray Interesting, never knew about these.

I think we should change this ask to add alt options more comprehensively around Orion to at least reach parity with Safari, and then at the end add asks for new features such as the one in this thread. Can someone compile this in a new post so that we can close this one?
