Brief Summary
In an installed site app, the right click context menu shows "Back" and "Stop"/"Reload", as well as "Home" if on a different page to the initial one and "Inspect Element". These actions do not appear anywhere in the menu bar.
Details:
If the title bar is hidden then these actions are only accessible via the context menu which is a violation of Apple's HIG ("Always make context menu items available in the main interface, too."), so it would be nice to make them available in the menu bar. That would also allow assigning keyboard shortcuts to them since the default ⌘[ and ⌘] back-forward shortcuts don't work within installed apps.
