Vlad @dino I can confirm that passkey support has not propagated to the FF version of Proton Pass. I receive the following error:

Authentication failure: SerializationError("Error parsing request: Error(\"invalid type: map, expected A vector of bytes or a base46(url) encoded string\", line: 1, column: 15)")

Vlad Does this mean that this extension is not being installed from a Proton managed repository? My concern is with how updates are handled (they change, your patched copy needs to be updated). If that's the case, is there anything I can do as a user to help encourage Proton to fix this on their end?

There are also some quirks I have observed with the button:

The icon incorrectly displays a grey circle instead of a red one with a number in it (for the number of matching logins).

- Safari
Every time I click the button to open the modal, it behaves as if it's going through its first setup. Once I dismiss the dark/light mode selection I will still see my passwords and autofill works, but it appears that the extension is unable to preserve some of its state to prevent the first run process.

kherge Yes, and we already went above and beyond in this case as we typically do not match extensions exactly for the reasons you highlighted. We'll try to submit our patch to Proton.

As of May 17th, I'm having an issue with Proton Pass (popular extension) on the Orion RC. I had issues connecting (as documented above), and once logged in, it does not autofill any websites.

It's working in the regular Orion browser. As a Orion+ Lifetime member, I'd love to use the latest version, but not having a working password manager is a deal breaker for me, so I'm back to the free version of Orion.

Since yesterday, Proton Pass extension (patched Orion version) has stopped working altogether with alternating error messages. I suspect it is because Proton has rolled out recently an update to Pass that changed the way shared passwords work.

Firefox & Chrome extensions don't work either, sadly.

Any ETA on a potential fix? Orion is my daily driver, and I live through Proton's apps. Thanks!

The extension seems to work mostly well on MacOS. However, when clicking the extension, I am always prompted to (re) select a theme. I can click and get past it, and things work fine. But it is a minor annoyance.

Glad to be finally using a full release version of Orion. With that said, I still get the ProtonPass login page on the drop down window when clicking on the ProtonPass extension icon. If I click on the icon again to minimise the window and then click again, the window appears with me logged in. It's not critical since I do get it working, but it's still an annoyance.
